Who we are
DFY Foundry is an independent build studio providing done-for-you GoHighLevel snapshot builds and agency account setup. You can reach us at builds@dfyfoundry.com. We are the data controller for the information described on this page.
What we collect
- Build enquiries. Your name, agency name, work email, the size of your account and whatever you write in the brief.
- Newsletter sign-ups. Your email address, and nothing else.
- Analytics. Anonymous, aggregated page and catalog usage — only if you accept analytics cookies.
- Client account access. During a build we work inside your own GoHighLevel account under a user you create. We do not export your contacts, and we do not keep a copy of your client data.
What we do not collect
We do not buy lists, we do not run third-party advertising trackers by default, and we do not fingerprint visitors. Theme, palette and accessibility settings are stored in your own browser using local storage and never reach our servers.

How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after twelve months. Project records are kept for seven years because invoices have to be. Newsletter subscriptions last until you unsubscribe, and every email carries a one-click unsubscribe link.
Cookies
Necessary cookies and local storage keep routing, your theme and your accessibility settings working. Analytics and marketing cookies are only set if you accept them in the consent banner. You can change your mind any time using the control, which is also in the footer of every page.
Sharing
We use a small number of processors to run the business: an email provider, an invoicing provider, a calendar booking tool and a static hosting provider. Each one only receives what it needs. We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone, for any reason.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Emailbuilds@dfyfoundry.com and we will action it within thirty days. If you are in the UK or EU and you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to your national supervisory authority.
Security
Access to build accounts is granted per-engineer and revoked on hand-over. We never ask for your password, we never share credentials over email, and every credential we hold during a build is recorded on the spec sheet so you know exactly what to rotate afterwards.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will date the update at the top of the page and, for anything that affects an active project, tell you directly.
