GHL snapshot installation and customisation
A snapshot import takes two minutes. Getting the account to work takes longer: custom values, calendars, integrations, phone numbers, trigger links and every workflow that silently references something that no longer exists. We do that part, then prove it works.

ST-02 · THE SEQUENCE
How it runs
Five stages, in this order.

Pre-flight
We check the destination account for conflicts — duplicate calendars, existing pipelines, phone numbers already in use.
- 02
Import and repoint
The snapshot goes in, then every reference that points at the source account gets repointed at the destination.
- 03
Reconnect
Integrations do not travel in a snapshot. Payments, inboxes, calendars and phone all get reconnected by hand.
- 04
Fire everything
A test contact walks the full journey. Every workflow, every email, every SMS, every stage change is triggered and checked.
- 05
Hand over the QA sheet
You get a document listing what was tested, what passed and anything the client must action themselves.

Yes. We install third-party snapshots as often as our own. We will tell you honestly if the build has problems we cannot fix inside the install scope.
Contacts, conversations, integration connections, phone numbers, A2P registration and anything tied to a specific user. We rebuild all of it during install.
