How a build actually runs.
A single snapshot install runs three to seven days. A full agency account setup is nine to fourteen days from kickoff. Those are the windows we quote and hold ourselves to, not best cases. The clock starts when we have access and your intake answers, not when you pay.
Yours. We work from an agency-level user in your account so nothing is trapped with us. You can revoke our access on hand-over day and everything keeps running.
Agency-level access, your brand assets, DNS access for the sending and white-label domains, and forty minutes for the kickoff call. If DNS sits with a third party we will send them the exact records.
Often, yes. We start with a paid audit so you get an honest answer about whether repairing it costs less than rebuilding it. Roughly a third of the accounts we audit are cheaper to rebuild, and we say so.
No. Every service is white-label. We work under your brand, from your domain, and if a client call is unavoidable we join as a member of your team.
